We are extremely cautious with our drywall prep. We make sure all your floors and furniture are protected from the mud/dust, we also can seal off your area so dust from sanding does not spread throughout your home, and we also skim coat at least 2-3 coats of mud to produce a flawless finish

Painting is essentially a three step process PROTECT, PREP, PAINT! It is a lot easier said then done though!
Protect includes: Moving any furniture that could get in the way of painting, Plastic over all furniture to protect it from dust, paint, or other materials, Putting drop clothes or paper on the floor to ensure no paint from drips can damage your flooring
Prep includes: Patching any nail holes or damage on your walls, Prime any stained or previously patched areas, or scrap any bubbling or peeling paint
Painting Includes: After the proper steps of protect/prep the painting is the easy part! We will cut and roll your walls, ceiling, trim, door, or your exterior as we are a limited spray company! We always use high quality Sherwin Williams Paints or Stains!

Drywall repairs is essentially the same process protect, prep, paint!
Drywall repairs included: First step is finding out the proper width of your drywall its typically 3/8, 1/2, or 5/8! The next step is installing the drywall with the proper materials. Then comes the finishing process and this is were things get a little more complicated. Finishing included the first coat of mud to be "tape coat" this is were we seal the edged were the drywall meets the other drywall with either mesh tape for small patches or paper tape for new drywall or fibafuse fiberglass tape that is more moisture resistant that is better for bathrooms. Then there is a second coat applied for tape coverage then a third is applied for smooth everything out to avoid as much sanding as possible. Last but not least is sanding everything smooth and then cleanup.
Wallpaper removal Includes: Our process of removing wallpaper includes prepping floors to ensure no glue, water, or paper damages the floors. Then we soak down the paper with a pump sprayer with hot water. after we give it a good soak we start the scrap/peeling process which includes the paper layer then the glue layer underneath. Finally we can proceed to prime and paint the walls!

What is a typical price for an average room? - An average room can cost $350-$750 depends on what all needs painted like ceilings and trim and the condition of the room and prep work involved to be completed before painting!
What type of paint do we use? - We use high quality Sherwin Williams paint like Super paint or Emerald. We also use Pro Mar 200 which is a little more cost effective!
Will you move our furniture? - Yes! We will absolutely move your big furniture but we do ask you take any small items off your tables or pictures on walls so nothing can get damaged
What are the most popular paint colors? - The most popular paint colors are versatile neutrals specifically warm whites, soft greys, and "greige" (a blend of gray and beige).
Do we use sprayers when we paint? - Very rarely do we use sprayers. We are more old school and enjoy using a brush and rollers. We only use sprayers for exteriors or new construction. Spraying inside creates too much overspray and too much risk for our customers to breath it in or get on to unwanted surfaces

What are your payment terms and conditions? - Typically terms include deposit before the project is started and then a balance upon completion after the final walkthrough and you are fully satisfied! We accept cash/check!
